This notice explains how Twaasol handles information submitted through twaasol.com.
Information we collect
When you contact us or request a demo, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, phone number, company, product interests, and message. When you apply for a position, we collect your name, email, phone number, the position you applied for, and the CV file you attach.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, arrange demonstrations, evaluate job applications, understand your business needs, prevent abuse of our forms, and maintain the security and reliability of this website.
Who receives it
Contact and demo form submissions are delivered to an authorized Twaasol team space in Cisco Webex. Job applications and CV files are stored on Twaasol's own systems and are accessible only to authorized HR personnel — they are not sent to Webex or shared with third parties. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical information to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Upstash Redis stores short-lived pseudonymous counters used to enforce submission and delivery limits. Our hosting and collaboration providers process information under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention and protection
We keep inquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship, meet legal obligations, and protect our services. Job applications and CVs are retained while the hiring process for the role is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Access is limited to authorized personnel with a business need.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable legal requirements. You can also choose to contact us directly instead of using the website forms.
